All Hands to Quarters

Each morning on the flight deck of the USS Enterprise, the air department gathers (we call that a muster in navy speak) for the plan of the day, instructions and the occasional inspection.

If you're wondering about the hard hats as opposed to ball caps or dixie cups, I'll explain.

The ship is currently in the Newport News shipyards so there's a ton of heavy equipment around and things of that nature. So, in the yards we all wear hard hats for safety.
